MiCam Namibia Cameras + Accessories CC is a Namibian based company run by a close corporation with the registration number CC /2017/ 02631 and VAT Number 07710573-015. For the sake of convenience the name MiCam Namibia CC will henceforth be used.
MiCam Namibia Cameras and Accessories CC is an authorized Namibian dealer on all brands we sell. We DO NOT sell any parallel “Grey” imports, we do use authorized Suppliers from South Africa.
By Purchasing products from MiCam Namibia CC ( www.micamnamibia.com.na) ( “we,”us”,”our”) or using this website, the purchaser ( the “Customer” “you” your”), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale (The “Terms”).
These Website Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or these “Terms And Conditions “) contained herein on this website shall govern your use of this website, including all pages within this website(collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this website if you have any objection to any of these website Terms and Conditions.

Currency & VAT ( Value Added Tax)
All prices on our website are quoted in Namibian Dollar (N$) and include VAT at a rate of 15%.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Customers who are not resident in Namibia are welcome to use this website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to make online purchases provided that the delivery address is in Namibia.
Payments Options Accepted & Conditions
Credit and Debit card payments through online banking. Payments may be made by EFT
or Bank Transfer into the MiCam Namibia CC account. Banking details are provided when placing an order. In Windhoek a COD ( Cash on Delivery) is also accepted. To purchase products on the MiCam Namibia CC you must be over the age of18 ( eighteen) and have access to electronic banking in order to make payment via VCS or EFT.
The following conditions apply:
Micam Namibia CC accepts payments from Master/ Visa Credit Cards only.
We do not accept Diners or American Express (Amex) Cards.
As a protection against fraud MiCam Namibia CC reserves the right to request ID Documents Credit card billing statements and photocopies of any credit card used to make a purchases with MiCam Namibia Camera + Accessories CC. We do reserve the right to refuse to ship orders to customers refusing to make such information available or whose information is suspicious anyway.
With EFT and Bank transfers, orders will only be dispatched once payment reflects in our bank account.
We do not take electronic proof of payment as a guarantee of payment.
Orders have to be paid in full before we do place an order with our suppliers.
If the customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number and the correct
number was provided to the customer by MiCam Namibia Cameras+ Accessories CC
we will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and goods will not be dispatched by us until we have received the payment in full.
Refund and Exchange
MiCam Namibia Cameras + Accessories CC DOES NOT exchange or refund any products purchased from this website.
Any communication entered into in respect of suitability or specifications purchase of any product whether telephonically or by any other method are to be merely a suggestion and not advice on the product purchased. No refunds or exchanges will be entered in to by us on the basis of “incorrect advice“. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product purchased is suitable for their needs and requirements prior to purchasing the product. Product information can be researched on both our site and the relevant brand websites on the internet.
Guarantee
All products sold by MiCam Namibia Cameras+Accessories CC are covered by a minimum of a one year guarantee starting from the date of purchase to protect you against manufacturing defect only. MiCam Namibia CC will only handle guarantees for products sold through MiCam Namibia CC. You shall be required to produce the original invoice/ credit card /debit card slip as proof of purchase a copy of which is available from ourselves.
Where the product is found to be defective, the manufacturer /supplier, shall at its sole discretion;
repair the failed, unsafe or defective product
replace the failed, unsafe or defective products
MiCam Namibia CC is under no obligation to credit/refund/exchange productsas your remedy lies with the supplier or manufacturer.
The following are not regarded as guarantee defects:
faults resulting from normal wear and tear
damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the products
damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion/heat/sand
damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
Product Sales/Stock Availability
This is an online shop. Most of the items presented on this website, we have to order from our suppliers. Subject to availability and confirmation of payment delivery time can take up to 5-7 days from suppliers to arrive in Windhoek.
MiCam Namibia CC shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued. However should we be unable to fulfill any order placed by you as advertised price due to stock having sold out, we will notify you. MiCam Namibia CC shall only be liable to refund moneys where it is unable to fulfil orders at advertised prices.
If some products, that are not in stock with my suppliers, and they need to be imported by them, these products are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. These prices are not fixed and will be calculated the time delivered to us.
Products that are on back order and where goods are advertised as having an estimated delivery time MiCam Namibia CC is not responsible for delays on these estimates.
These estimates are merely guidelines and may shift with stock availability and supplier scheduling.
By placing an order you agree not to hold Micam Namibia CC liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within estimated time frame.
Delivery
There is a free delivery on purchases done through MiCam Namibia CC in Windhoek.
Included in this delivery is a free introduction of your purchase of 25 min. The introduction
will only be done on the day of delivery.
All other deliveries outside Windhoek, in Namibia, will be done with Nampost courier or courier of your choice.
All courier fees are to be paid by customer, and are not included in the prices shown on our website.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site. As the actual colors you see will depend on your computers monitor, we cannot guarantee however that the monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Goods delivered may differ to the product images presented on this site.
Pricing
Subject to availability, the price shown on our website for products, is the price you pay for, on the date that you order and pay such products.
Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions from supplier, including stock availability and limited stock offer stipulations.
Special deals and offers on this site are only valid for so long as they are displayed on this site, unless expressly stated otherwise.
MiCam Namibia CC reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any liability whatsoever.
All prices shown as N$ 000.00 are prices that do fluctuate and pricing will only given on the day of purchase.

Whilst all precautions and efforts are taken to do our best, to ensure prices on product(s) stated on this website are accurate or where information on product(s) is inaccurate, MiCam Namibia CC will not be held bound by incorrect Price(s) in cases where such error(s) occur.
In the event such a pricing error occurs MiCam Namibia CC reserves the right not to provide you with the affected product(s) at such incorrect price.

Gift Voucher
Gift Voucher are available on our website www.micamnamibia.com.na. Gift Vouchers are non -returnable and non refundable. Gift vouchers are only valid for 6 months after purchase.
